triceps workout
Oh now you must be thinking that things which can be looked from front only are biceps but many perosnnels like to have a sleeve toring triceps as well.There are bunch of games which many people do like a traditions or some do stuff with rows and cross overs and that's it.No my friend that's is not it by any means.So now you guys must have thinking that whats the problem in what we do but let's just say this some movement are way better than others and if you're looking for building muscular back arms then you gotta look at the exercises below.
- Skull crushers : Do 4 sets and 10 reps each while doing so make sure you have someone on your side to keep looking t our position if you don't do this right i mean the whole entire triceps workout then you got nothing.
