eating habits between breakfast and dinner

so this day i will post about mid day craving again. we must know the difference about gaining and not gaining while you're gaining you need to kick off with some piece of chicken boiled and salads to be perfectly on nutrition as well a mediocre bowl of yogurt (no sugar).But if you're on weight loose diet you need only dry fruits nuts , pistachio as well as half boiled grains to keep fluid from your body dry. Everyone has his own chemistry so try everything but no oil if there is so much need to use oil then it could only be fluids and that's it!
