Post workout and dinner

AA guy. I am back with how you guys could be helping yourselves to be having a post workout diet and dinner. First of all the thing we should be taking care of is that after workout should be protein shakes only and it should be cool enough(recommended).I will be posting soon  the cheap method of protein shake for the student community or for those which are not yet willing to pay for it i.e protein.Then comes a last but not the least  important meal of your day which is dinner. So many people says it not good to eat at night or we shouldn't be eating too excessively at night so what we need is to have a balanced diet at night which could be half platter(a max sized plate) brown or white boiled rice with grilled meat as well as grains  for example chickpeas and black chickpeas beans (recommended) , for people gaining weight must have two days of minced beef and for people who don't wanna loose weight can't have beef and they can alter the days between meat and grains as well as you guys must have a salads added in that platter too plus adding a small amount of mint yogurt with it so that it could help in digestion. If and only if you again got hunger  game on at midnight then you can only have a mug of milk and fruits.
You gotta maintain a perfect diet for what you want !
