Burning junk ASAP

He ya guys.
So this has become an understanding that people have got no time to cook for themselves or one thousand reasons around to not eat healthy and clean instead they go for junk and if you've done that then while you should also know that its a crime doing that while your'e on diet. One Zinger burger contains 580 calories approx and every junk has got more and more but no going back. So you knows that you're gonna hit a gym after that as well so if you've done that then first things first after warm up you're doing following by keeping your rep game strong.
  1. Pull ups (  5 sets * 10 reps each)
  2. Push ups ( 5 sets * 10 rep each)
  3. Squats  (5 reps * 10 reps each)
