Breakfast routines

AA guys. Today i am going to show you the precise nature of breakfast for you guys specially for those who workout and don't know what to start a day. But you guys must know the  basic difference between two most basic thing which are whether you are gonna wanna have to gain or you just wanna loose weight and fats or you wanna maintain at some specific point on your posture and body as well as lbs. So if you wanna loose weight you just gotta have 1 liter milk with 5 apples and 6 boiled whitish eggs and that's all for you breakfast and if you wanna gain you gotta have 1.5 liter milk , 8  apples chopped and 8 boiled whitish eggs plus two slices of bran bread(recommended).
But if you wanna maintain it just have 1.5 liter milk with 6 apples chopped , 6 eggs boiled.
