Top workouts to kill fat in two months

Some people join gym for gaining muscles because they are too timid but some does t for killing fat and want to maintain their body in short span for them i am here putting some routine workout. So where to start the workout and where to end and while doing that many question come to mind which could be answered mail us at beingsoperfit@gmail.com

  • Jumps : to warm up your body you need to do jumping 100 times casually to warm up the whole body so that one could be efficient in workout to follow.
  • Dead lift  4 sets 8 reps : It evolves all the body muscles to stress up a bit you gotta lift heavy on it don't forget to use belt while doing so.
  • Barbell bench press 4 set 8 reps : medium bench press would hit your chest hard from whole lot a new level.You gotta keep it slow and nice while moving bar up and down.
  • Dumbbell lunges 4 sets 8 reps : This is the toughest of them all but it is the most effective exercise for legs. 
  • Military press 4 sets 8 reps : Then comes this for hitting your shoulders it would complete your this workout.
I call this instant burner and i  have tried this i  took me only 50 days to kill all my body fat . Don't forget to be hydrated during this workout because it would be very easy yet effective.
