4 thing to keep in mind while workout

While you are working out you need to be compact and specific about your workout you need first of all rest which is very important for personnel to get sleep  and rest.While you have dedication and inspiration enough to workout so rest is a necessarily important thing then comes the amount of time your spend within sets, don't take too much time while doing sets because taking too much time will make your heart go low level and then your coming workout won't do any good. Then comes the rep game , rep training is super essential for that we have a simple rule if you wanna loose fat yo go with 5 sets of 15 reps each and while gaining you gotta do 4 sets of 8-10 reps each.And one of the last thing is pre workout  and post workout diet.Pre workout should be milk and dates(recommended) while post workout should be a protein shake.
