Top shoulder press workout to begin with

Shoulders must be ripped and high that's all a personnel could be found wanting if he has been working so hard on his fitness so i want you to know that it effect the core and help in having a powerful top.Following are the things which it effects directly biceps brachialis , Teres minor ,Teres major ,Deltold , Triceps brachii. So personal recommendation should be doing it on machine and plus starting your workoit with it for best results.
