Don't worry you would find everything necessary for building a smart back muscles so that you could look super from back as well as RIPPED.But wait what you wanna know the importance if it well i gotta say about this in one way which is my way that your back muscles is attached to your neck , shoulders , chest as well as triceps.So there is a list of workouts which are 100% surety towards you having a smart BAD ASS back muscles.You just  gotta hit your back very hard.
  • Pull ups : These are essential if you can't do it then back workout is not for you .you need min 32 of them. I am not saying that do it once but do it in sets (4 sets * 8-10 reps )
  • Dead lift : This workout is important for having a hard core back.(4 sets * 8-10 reps each)
  • Wide grip pull down front of neck : 4 sets * 8-10 reps 
  •  Wide grip pull down back of neck:4 sets * 8-10 reps
  • Seated cable rows (rowing ) : 4 sets * 8-10 reps
