So today we are going to discuss a muscle which is important in all aspects.Shoulders are too important we use them in probably every thing we do externally.Shoulder muscles are very unstable in its cause that's why its very important to make it stable , hard core , healthy , strong as well as golden in looks.So many personnel thinks about getting the cup bigger but boy you gotta hit it to make them look prominent. so here is the list of workout which are going to make your muscles of shoulders look RIPPED.
  1. Smith Machine Overhead Press : You're gonna need a weight , smith machine and some courage to start with. You're gonna hit shoulder from back and front with 4 sets from front and back.The reps should be 10-12 on each set.Try using more weight on front.



2. Dumbbell Uprights Rows : 4 sets 10-12 reps , while doing so you're gonna need special electric reflexes this thing is gotta be done right
3.Seated Shoulder Dumbbell Press : 4 sets 10-12 reps . You might like to er belt while doing so.
4. Arnold Press : You gotta do it fast and efficiently.4 sets 10-12 reps.

5.Shoulder Lateral Raise : You gotta do it fast and efficiently.4 sets 10-12 reps.
6.Shoulder Front Raises: You gotta do it fast and efficiently.4 sets 10-12 reps.

7.Shoulder Shrugs : You gotta lift heavy on it.4 set 8 reps and a lot of weight.
